Peter DiDomenico - President

Peter is the owner and president of Champion Maintenance and Construction. His quality management philosophy enables him to establish bonds with his customers based on trust and performance. Peter's dedication to providing the highest level of customer service sets the company apart from the competition.

Prior to acquiring the company, Peter worked for William Raveis Mortgage as a residential loan officer. He has been recognized as one of the top producers in this industry, funding home mortgages totaling more than $1 billion over the course of his career. He understands the importance of customer relations and has a proven success rate to back up this knowledge.

Peter sits on the board of FOCUS (For Our Children's Unlimited Success), a Connecticut nonprofit organization he helped establish, raising money for underserved children and families. Peter is also an avid biker and regularly cycles in local fundraising events such as the William Raveis Annual Ride and Walk and CT Challenge, raising money for cancer related research.

Champion is globally minded in its environmentally friendly approach and is locally owned and operated. With this in mind, giving back to the community is particularly important to Peter DiDomenico.

President

Arturo Gravina
VP of Operations / Partner

Arturo has more than 15 years’ experience in providing specialized maintenance services to hundreds of diverse clients in the CT and NY areas. His goal is to consistently provide excellent maintenance service, personalized response and prompt customer service. Arturo has been certified by the ISSA the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association in Stone care, Carpet care, Floor care and Green cleaning. Arturo holds a certification in REAC and OSHA 30.

Regional Operations Manager

With over 10 years of experience in the maintenance and cleaning industry, Diego Arroyave is a seasoned professional committed to excellence. Diego served as a Lead Maintenance Technician at Champion for three years, where he honed his leadership and technical skills. In addition to his work at Champion, Diego has supervised cleaning services for various other companies, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. His wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience make him a trusted expert in the field, dedicated to delivering top-notch service and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

James Fluellen
Regional Operations Manager

James has 25 years of managerial and customer service experience. He has served as a liaison for the EPA and OSHA. He oversees the South region of CT and NY area.

Gus Ferreira
VP of Construction

With 18 years experience Gus brings the understanding and application of codes, rules and regulations in the construction field always prioritizing safety and customers needs.Gus experience in the industrial, comercial and healthcare construction environment is committed to deliver the highest degree of quality assurance. Gus is father of a Autistic child and engaged in the support of Autism in local community as volunteer in schools and participating in the Autism Speaks Walk helping raise money for Autism cause.

Maria Iacono
Treasurer

Maria graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in accounting and has over 17 years’ experience in the maintenance industry. Her responsibilities include preparing budgets and financial statements and overseeing the financial management of the company.

Office Manager

Mary Jean has worked in the maintenance industry for more than 30 years. Some of her responsibilities include payroll and attendance, assisting management, creating proposals, working with vendors and inventory supply maintenance.
